Own end-to-end delivery of the infrastructure work package; coordinate contractors, suppliers, and Committee technical teams; track scope, schedule, and budget; manage risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
10+ years in civil infrastructure project delivery. Fluent Arabic and working English. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related.
