Restoration and extension of the Corniche waterfront promenade with new public spaces, lighting, and seating.
About this project
Scope
Phase one covers the 3 km stretch from the central marina north toward Al Sabri. Existing structures are restored to their original façades; new pedestrian zones and shaded gathering spaces are introduced.
Status
Earthworks complete. Heritage façade restoration is ongoing. Landscape installation begins in Q3 2026.
